Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. 14-Day Free Trial Guarantee

We provide a 14-day full-featured free trial on all standard subscription plans (Starter, PRO, and Business). No credit card or upfront deposit is required to start testing.

• You can test our AI lead qualification, multi-agent team inbox, and broadcast engine with zero billing risk.
• If you do not choose a paid subscription within the 14 days, your account will pause automatically with no unexpected deductions.

2. 1-Click Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your BizWaz recurring subscription at any time directly through your dashboard billing settings:

• Your account remains fully active until the conclusion of the current paid billing cycle.
• Auto-renewals are immediately stopped; you will never be charged for subsequent periods.
• We retain your customer logs and contact lists for thirty (30) days following cancellation, allowing you ample time to export your data before permanent deletion.

3. Digital Resource Provisioning & Refund Terms

Because BizWaz immediately provisions dedicated cloud server capacity, Meta Cloud API throughput channels, and LLM inference credits upon payment, paid subscription charges are non-refundable once billed. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-month cancellations.

If you experience an accidental duplicate charge or technical billing discrepancy, please contact our billing team at support@bizwaz.com within seven (7) days, and we will issue a full prompt refund upon verification.

4. Enterprise Custom SLAs

For customized high-volume Enterprise agreements, cancellation and credit terms are governed entirely by the individual Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Service Level Agreement (SLA) executed between BizWaz and your enterprise organization.
